Our Founders
After decades working in the West Australian property industry, Bryan Negus, together with his wife Kelly Negus, founded Pathfinder Property to pursue their passion for creating new, innovative and rewarding opportunities across a range of property sectors.
They identified an opportunity to do what no one else was doing, and focus on the whole pre-start to post-finish process, providing a holistic approach to property development, sales and management through their unique vertically integrated development model. Concentrating on a smaller, curated number of quality projects over quantity has ensured a successful 100% completion rate, and a stable of happy clients.
Together, Bryan and Kelly bring a wealth of shared experience, knowledge and skills to Pathfinder, along with a deep understanding of the industry, an extraordinary work ethic, and a knack for knowing what to commit to, and what to leave alone!

Bryan Negus
Founder & Managing Director
The Pathfinder team is led by Managing Director, Bryan Negus. Bryan has been involved in the property business since 2007, gaining experience in a range of sectors including high-rise residential, commercial development, land subdivisions, medical centres, retail and asset management.
Along with his experience and passion for property, Bryan brings a range of valuable skills to the Pathfinder Group: advanced financial analysis, debt and equity arranging, design and management of complex ownership structures, asset management, project management, market research, site acquisition, strata development, project sales and marketing.
Before founding Pathfinder, Bryan held senior roles within the property industry, including managing and developing a diverse property portfolio for within both a private family office and an ASX listed property company.
Kelly Negus
Director & Licensee
Kelly manages the sales, leasing and property management side of Pathfinder, and is the company’s Real Estate Licensee. She has worked in the West Australian property industry since 2007, and her leadership, experience, and commitment to providing excellent service have contributed significantly to the agency's solid reputation and continued growth.
Prior to founding Pathfinder, Kelly held senior roles in property portfolio management and leasing for Westpac, St George Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and other prominent national retail brands. She is also a professional Interior Designer.
Nicole Catchpool
Property & Administration Manager
Nicole has been an important member of the Pathfinder team since 2016. Her responsibilities are diverse and multifaceted, and she is an essential part of the company's sales, real estate management and marketing operations.
Gail Pillai
Property & Accounts Manager
Gail brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise in property management and accounting practices to Pathfinder in 2015, and she is a valuable and integral part of our success story.
