Rockingham Professional Centre & Rockingham Family Practice

General Practice/Allied Health Medical Centre Amalgamation & Re-development.

Working with both landholder and medical centre operator for 2-3 years prior, the project involved all approvals, part demolition of a large asbestos building whilst retaining a newer section and rebuilding a large new modern medical centre integrated into the existing medical centre. The entire development from pre-demolition to occupation had to be completed in under 9 months to time in with the lease expiration of the incoming tenant.

The GP clinic is now a large, successful private billing practice surrounded by a strong mix of complementary health and allied health tenants.
